Due to increase rise in prescription requests. To help us mange repeat prescriptions safely and effectively from the 21st September Prescription requests can ONLY be accepted by

1) dropping your repeat prescription slip in our Prescription box in the lobby of Alrewas Surgery 
2) via our website by clicking on the Prescription tab on our home page or
3) via your NHS App Telephone and email requests will no longer be accepted or processed 

Please ensure you order your medication in good time a minimum of 5days before you need it, excluding weekends and bank holidays, to enable your request to be processed by both the surgery and your nominated pharmacy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
